Safe and Secure Shipping Shipping with Premsay Jewel House is safe, secure, and hassle-free. All products are fully insured during transit for your peace of mind.

Each package containing jewellery or gold coins is securely packed in durable, tamper-proof packaging. We partner with reliable courier services such as Delhivery, and Ecom Express to deliver your orders based on their service availability at your shipping address.

Important: Please inspect the package for any damage or tampering before accepting the delivery. For added security, we recommend recording a video of the unboxing process.

Delivery Responsibility Premsay Jewel House is not responsible for orders collected directly from courier hubs or locations other than the designated delivery address.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from info@premsayjewelhouse.com containing your tracking number and a link to track your order online.

Shipping Charges

  • Applicable as per state across India.

Delivery to Identified Person Only To ensure safe delivery, please provide accurate details of the recipient's name (as shown on a government-issued ID), complete address, landmark, pin code, and contact number. At the time of delivery, the recipient must present one of the following ID proofs:

  • Passport

  • PAN Card

  • Driver's License

  • Voter ID

Our courier agents will verify the recipient's identity by noting details from the ID proof. The recipient is expected to cooperate with the agent during this process.

Delivery Locations Orders can only be delivered to the recipient's residential or work address. Deliveries will not be made to public locations such as malls, hotels, restaurants, or hostels.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier company will make three delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our facility.

Change in Shipping Address To change your shipping address after placing an order, please email us at info@premsayjewelhouse.com.

Important Notice Delivery guarantee is subject to the courier company's terms and conditions. Any discrepancies in the recipient's details may result in non-delivery.
